We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher and Principal SENDCo to join our very successful 11–18 secondary school, situated on the fringe of the Lake District National Park.

- successfully leading and developing large, multidisciplinary teams
- driving whole-school improvement
- securing excellent experiences and outcomes for students with SEND
In particular, we are seeking an educationalist who demonstrates deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by neurodivergent young people, and who is committed to ensuring that every student is known, valued and supported to thrive.
