We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Head of Personal Development and Religious Education to join this very successful 11-18 school, situated on the fringe of the Lake District National Park.
At our school, personal development is at the heart of our core values. While it is taught as a distinct subject by a team of specialists, we also seamlessly weave it into our wider curriculum, pastoral program, and daily practices. Our commitment to nurturing the whole person is evident in everything we do, creating a school environment that genuinely lives and breathes its values.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership of our team of specialists, delivering our Personal Development curriculum; as well as working closely with the wider Leadership Team, to ensure that we continue to provide a relevant, engaging, and inclusive programme of Personal Development throughout the school, within our curriculum and extra-curricular provision.
The start date for this post will be 1 September 2025.
